How do we select the location of the store? Who negotiates the terms and conditions of the lease?
Our leasing team decides where the best location for the shop will be. Our team have extensive knowledge in leasing and will provide you with a market analysis and will negotiate the terms and conditions of the lease with the landlord. In the case you have a certain area or shop in mind, we would first have to review the site and then give an approval to proceed.
What kind of profit can I expect?
